Alexzandra Exterkamp is a certified sound healer, facial reflexologist, and the heart behind Ayu. Her approach is rooted in ancient Eastern medicine and herbalism, guided by one belief: that healing happens when the body feels safe, calm, and deeply supported.

At Ayu, she weaves together bespoke facials, sound healing, reiki, gua sha, and modern technology into an experience that treats the whole person, not just the skin.
