Alexzandra Exterkamp is a certified sound healer, facial reflexologist, and the heart behind Ayu. Her approach is rooted in ancient Eastern medicine and herbalism, guided by one belief: that healing happens when the body feels safe, calm, and deeply supported.

At Ayu, she weaves together bespoke facials, sound healing, reiki, gua sha, and modern technology into an experience that treats the whole person, not just the skin.

Absolutely. No two facials at AYU are exactly the same. Every treatment is thoughtfully adapted based on your skin’s condition that day, including hydration, sensitivity, congestion, inflammation, and overall skin health.
Stress can affect the skin in many ways, including inflammation, sensitivity, breakouts, dullness, dehydration, and premature aging. At AYU, we believe calming the body can help support healthier skin function, which is why our treatments incorporate grounding rituals designed to help the nervous system slow down before treatment begins.
We use professional skincare lines chosen for their effectiveness, quality, and ability to support long-term skin health. Treatments may also include modalities such as lymphatic massage, red light therapy, gua sha, sound healing, and customized treatment enhancements based on your skin’s needs.
